GB7ES Users :)

Welcome to the new users I have recently seen using GB7ES repeater. I have recently been asked to register a number of ‘new’ DStar users to the system.

One of these ‘new users’ is Owen M0KVI who is based in Hailsham some 4.5 miles ish from the repeater site who is enjoying learning about DStar with his new ‘toy’ an Icom ID51+2.  He recently enjoyed a qso via a Reflector with Kevin 2M0KVM, who videoed the Qso and can be found on YouTube at the following link

Keep enjoying DStar, Owen, and to anyone thinking about taking the ‘plunge’ into Dstar, if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with me through the website.

MB6EB Back Online

Following an upgrade to the Internet connection here at MB6EB on Thursday, MB6EB is back online and working perfectly.

Service was interrupted for about an hour and a half or so while the connection was changed over, but due to the way the PC in setup, MB6EB automatically restarted and service was resumed.

MB6EB Outage

Tomorrow between the hours of 8am and 1pm BST due to some changes in the Internet connection here at MB6EB the link may not be available.

The outage could only be for a few minutes, but may be a little longer depending how long it takes. I hope that the works will be complete by early afternoon. MB6EB will be back in service as soon as possible.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause

3000 Page Views

We’ve made it, 3000 Page views in less than 18 months.

Now, I know that may not sound too amazing for some sites/blogs out there on the web but I’m pleased with the way the numbers are progressing for what is at the moment quite a small blog.

Well done everyone who has come here for information, etc. I hope you found it of use.

Do you think something is missing from this site? Drop me a line and let me know at mb6eb@yahoo.co.uk
